Who is it for?
All levels welcome, from complete beginners to experienced aerialists. Silks require patience and persistence — perfect for anyone who enjoys a challenge in a supportive setting.
What to wear
Comfortable clothing that allows free movement. For aerial, wear fitted leggings that cover the legs fully and a fitted top — avoid loose fabric that can get caught in wraps. No jewellery or lotions. Bring water and a layer for warm-up.
